We have 5 acres of dense hornbeam coppice in East Sussex, not cut for 40 years. Last winter started making a clearing to increase biodiversity. Would like to increase the cleared area to 1-2 acres south-facing. (There are also 80 oak standards which we're leaving.) Free good-quality firewood to anyone willing to help, pref. with chainsaw. Excellent all-weather access. Interested?
