One of the policy analyst working for the House of Lords has contacted me as he has been asked to look at provisions contained within the Draft Deregulation Bill which amend and reform Rights of Way Legislation. Specifically, these are clauses 12-18 and Schedule 6 of the Draft Deregulation Bill which can be found here along with details of the Parliamentary Committee that he works for
