Is there an easy way of including photos in these messages?

Dave,
I've not seen any pictures included in the posts and I suspect that it might not be a good idea if one was able too. We might get more than we bargained for. Tracy will be able to give an expert answer but she is also the person to send pictures, articles and any thing you actually want to have posted on to the web site rather than making comments on the forum.

I am happy to upload pictures when you would like to, but I also can't do that on the forum. I would do it as an article. No problem.
What you can do is upload the pictures to flickr or something like that and post the link here. It may then have to be moderated, but that shouldn't take long before one of us does that.
The other option is to use the swog facebook page and post the photo link here for those not on facebook. EDIT: just checked, can't do that with a group page. Here is a flickr test:
