Hello! We\'re having a problem with the mail server so the passwords aren\'t being sent out - hold onto your hats: hopefully we\'ll have it sorted in a jiffy.

Not going to be able to get it fixed until tomorrow now - we upgraded the server recently and that appears to have caused a problem with the mail program that does all the mail sending.
