Beech Before Birch

Postby Bulworthy Project » Tue Mar 25, 2014 1:41 pm

Normally we see birch leaves before beech. This year it's the other way around.

We all know: ash before oak = soak, oak before ash = splash

Is there anything similar for beech and birch? (or does anyone know what environmental factors would make this happen?)
