Anyone had any trees come down in the wind yet?

I lost an enormous rotten beech last week, But I think it was the heat that did it, and it was only a matter of time anyway. East Kent gets the wind today according to the forecast

I was right, lost a silver birch, and several large oak limbs have fallen. Haven't dared look today. still, its an ill wind etc. ill have a spoon carving fest round a roaring log fire.....

oh dear, I guess Kent is worse than Sussex. I think we are ok!
