The forth West Weald Landscape Project e-newsletter makes an interesting read,  particularly for those in the west weald area.

This edition focuses on the challenges of present cutbacks in the public sector to the project’s  ongoing conservation partnership work, with a guest editorial contribution from Mike Waite (Surrey Wildlife Trust’s Living Landscape Officer) who is working with the project  in the Surrey part of the West Weald Landscape. Other news  includes the record-breaking winter of habitat creation that they have funded and completed.
