  • Hedgerows for Dormice Project

    News and feedback from the  end of the  Hedgerows for Dormice project which was run by the People’s Trust for Endangered Species can be downloaded from the link below.  This very worthwhild project funded by Natural England has helped link hedgrow ‘corridors and increased the natural habitat of the Dormouse.     Many thanks to Nick and Harriet for  opening their stunning woodland in Barcombe to SWOG members.  Nick has been managing it for wildlife for over 30 years and it truly is an amazing and  diverse haven for birds, butterflies and many other woodland creatures, including ourselves  on this wonderful spring day!
