Hello everyone,
I am a small woodland owner in Herefordshire on the welsh border. I am also a woodland contractor using low impact alpine tractors for timber extraction from small woodlands, awkward access sites and sites where environmental and ecological concerns prevent the use of larger machinery. I have recently bought a forestry mulching flail, which I use to clear scrub and overgrown rides. The mulcher will easily deal with heavy bramble and gorse and can cope with small trees upto 4" diameter. I have been extremely impressed with it's capabilities in my own woodland and am now keen to take on work in other woodlands in the area. If you have need of this type of service or timber extraction, where the use of larger machines will cause too much damage, please email me (Ben Hill) at [email protected] to arrange a visit/consultation.
