Hello from Hoad's Wood

Hi everyone!
My name is Max, I'm from Essex but currently going through the process of purchasing a small area in Hoad's Wood, Kent just under 2 acres. Hers to hoping it all goes through OK.
The site is SSI and has a TPO on it. Just wondered if anyone on the forum has a plot within the wood and has any tips?
Would also like advice on managing a plot this size and wether it's actually too small to coppice effectively?
