I'm new to the site and just thought I'd put a post up here on the off-chance there's someone from Leicestershire who might have a wood they need a hand with?
My friend Jay and I, having decided that owning a wood might be a little way off, are looking for a local wood to help out in, in exchange for overnight camps, a bit of shooting (air rifles for rabbits, pigeons and squirrels) and in the future - when the kids are old enough - perhaps a little den building.
We can supply lots of enthusiasm, elbow grease and open minds for learning!
