We've been getting a lot of people interested in volunteering and learning new woodland skills but needing a wood to practice in, likewise owners are often happy to pass on their knowledge in return for some help in their woods.
If you've posted here without much luck, try getting in touch with Judith ([email protected]) she is just compiling the newsletter which reaches the whole membership. It might be another outlet to let people know what skills you can offer or time you have to spare.
Do remember to check your insurance policies and make sure that anyone who comes into your wood is covered for the activity you have agreed on.
