Hello
My pet Hornets, living in a bird box have over time gnawed at 1 specific log for pulp
They get quite stressed if I move the log which is used to weigh down a drum lid. They fly around confused
They have eaten quite a large gouge in the log, counted up to five at a time
They have been about all summer without any hassle
They enjoy sugar but I lost two (which were closely investigated by the live ones) in some orange juice, this may prove they are not good swimmers but they do fly well
