on the top left hand side (under board index) you will see the user control panel - click on here if you want to:
reset your password
change your email address
add a signature
add profile info about yourself (viewable by all members)
add a signature to your posts
you might want to change the time settings - this is done via the board pref tab
you can also manage subscriptions in the ucp - along with:
bookmarks, drafts and attachments.
you can also manage your private messages using the ucp
