Ive applied to the council to remove some trees in my TPO'd wood.
under the 5 m3 restriction
Council is considering asking me for a method statement for protection of ground founa. Do they have a legal right to ask for this and refuse the application if I dont comply
They have no objections to the felling of the trees.
