i'm into homebrewing too - make gallons and gallons of wine - mostly from foraging or grown on my allotments etc - don't use much barley - but i do use it with wild plum wine - i call that one "meths" as it's lethal

Love your wood, and your dog. I have an akita cross, only 4st., but with a lot of that magestic breeds traits.
