Hi Dave, We are hoping to get to the wood this weekend, probably Sunday, may see you there.
We are planning on going to the woodfest but not sure which day yet.

Of course not unkind - just tongue in cheek! I'm only a Welsh learner.
I'd be happy to offer our woods as a venue for a meeting. We're just over an hour away from Chester by Road. But if somewhere else was nearer to where most members are then I'd be just as happy to join you there?
