UNSEASONABLY WARM

Topics that don't easily fit anywhere else!

I have only owned my woods for approx. 18 months so have nothing to compare but would be interested to here obsevations from people as to the effects of our very warm autumn on their woods. My neighbour has crocuses sprouting so clearly nature in some respects is slightly confused. There are stillk wasps around and a couple of weeks ago was still seeing an occasional butterfly.Trees seem to be budding having only just dropped their leaves. What have you all spotted?
