I'm sure it bores some people rigid but I thought I would put it on.
I'm just glad they invented chainsaws in my lifetime.

The piece "The Sleeper Cutter" which starts 9 minutes 15 seconds in, is I think fascinating, especially when it moves on to show the lone cutter at work in the forest. See the guy using a two-person crosscut saw on his own to bring down a tree, build his camp, then hew a railway sleeper from the tree using an axe.

Definitely worth watching. Thank you for posting.
