If you didn't see it- New series on BBC about Tudor living - 1st episode last Wednesday. Some nice bits about coppicing, making wooden structures and turning plates with a pole lathe. No health and safety equipment! Not been invented yet!

Hello

Have been to Museum twice and spent longer there than I had planned
Has a working Mill and Smith which had a Black Smith working
Check their website www.wealddown.co.uk/ for days and events
Well worth a visit
