Ski trousers

Just to flag up what someone shared last year about clothing to wear on cold winter days in the wood - they recommended ski trousers. Well, we bought ourselves some in the sales this year and they are FANTASTIC! Definitely recommend them - waterproof, windproof and very warm even when an icy wind is blowing.

I too have similar, although mine are German tank driver clothing, quilted over trousers that are fully zipped up both legs, they are great if sitting in a hide, but the minute you start any manual work, they need removing as you sweat buckets
