A bit tricky to give a precise ID from that rather blurry pic Dexter, but it looks like a 13th Century hammered long cross penny in nice condition. Yes, most likely an Edward I, II or III and if so worth around £50ish. Theres a small chance its one of the rarer variants. I'll PM you with my address. Stick it in a jiffy bag wrapped between a couple of sheets of cardboard to protect it and send it recorded, I'll be able to give you a full report on its history and value and return it. If I'm correct, they aren't rare, there are a few thousand in existence, but an exciting thing to actually come across.

This is a similar one of mine. On the reverse (cross side) it will probably say 'civitas london' round the edge, meaning it was minted at the tower in London.
