Just appeared in my local paper, this plot of land which is for sale 'by informal, sealed tender'. It calls itself Adder Wood, but only half the area is woodland. Looks nice, though. A 'guide price of £90,000' probably means very little but still, for 29 acres it could be worth a punt, if you have the money.
