Some of you may have recently completed the online survey which woodlands.co.uk sent out to SWOG members. We are now compiling the results of that survey which overwhelmingly demonstrate the huge conservation role which owners of small woods contribute in the UK.
Are you a 'Family Forester' – someone hoping to conserve the landscape for generations to come? According to the survey 80% plan to pass their wood on to their family to enjoy and the majority see themselves as a guardian of the wood, not just an owner. Is this you?
