Has anyone registered a newly planted traditional orchard on the Rural Land Register?
Is it as simple as using form RLE-1 with an appropriate scale plan for the holding in units of 0.1 ha (resolution to 0.001 ha) and the appropriate personal and single business identifiers?
An initial query with the RPA received an ambiguous response after various email forwardings internally.
